The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) has launched a new mobile app to provide a comprehensive range of services including instant meter reading, maintenance scheduling and online payment as well as the latest promotions for customer’s convenience. Upgraded eService Centre for carefree account managementThe enhanced eService Centre enables users to manage their Towngas account anytime, anywhere. In addition to opening a Towngas account and reporting their meter reading, users can make maintenance appointments as well as check their gas usage and payment record from their mobile device. The system automatically displays the latest bill balance. Users can also opt for meter reading and eBilling reminders to make gas account management a breeze. Seamless connection with payment channelsTo settle their gas bill, users can log onto the eService Centre to make an app-to-app payment via PPS or AlipayHK, or download a QR code for payment at a convenience store.Go green and apply for eBilling serviceApply for Towngas’ eBilling service directly from the app to achieve an annual carbon reduction of 316 grams in terms of paper and postage saved.Customise the service menu for a personalised user experienceIn addition to a clean design and clear content categorisation, the new app also offers menu customisation to facilitate enhanced access.應用程式修正Bug fix

1) Self meter reading reminder does NOT work; 2) Does NOT remember login so no notifications for bills being issued. These issues still not fixed after 6 years!

User unfriend ly app, cannot log in even though correct and accurate required information were submitted. It's a farce!

垃圾app，之前ver正常用無事，但又被強迫update new version。無晒之前既settting(fingerprint login)，又要重新搵番password login先。正宗無事搵事做！

WHAT A PATHETIC APP! WHY IS IT INSISTS ON A CHINESE NAME??? TOWNGAS YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS - WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THIS IS "THE VILLAGE IDIOT!" Deleting the app, thanks for the distasteful experience and waste of valuable time. Don't get me wrong, i love towngas just annoyed with the one birdbrain in this outfit.
Should improve for better user experience, e.g. number recognition/ send meter photo, so that user no need to type in.
